I suffer from anxiety. Today I tried taking a meditation class, thinking it would be a relaxing experience with dim lights and soothing music playing in the background. I figured, how hard could it be? Let me tell you- It’s HARD. My mind was all over the place. I tried to focus on my breathing. Once that happened, I realized I wasn’t breathing right and thought I was going to pass out....
